Traditional Pilates with our Powerhouse twist, our Signature Mat and Barre Pilates classes incorporates bands, balls and rings to give you a full body workout that will leave you noticing muscles you never even knew you had! A strong individual focus on breath, posture and alignment will ensure that you can build strength without causing injury, as well as pushing your body to its limits every time!
Beginners Classes

If you are new to yoga, pilates or it has been a while since you have hit the mat, come in and try our beginner classes to learn all you need to know about breathing techniques, form and movement. These full body classes, will leave you feeling strong and aligned, to provide you with both stability and flexibility. Feel no pressure to move into the more advanced classes if this is well-suited to your needs.

Is both relaxing and restoring and is open to all levels. Classes are based on a slow flow and restoration that utilises movements that provide a truly nourishing experience for the body.
Power Flow

Powerhouse Yoga

Build stability and vitality through this powerful flow that synchronises breath with energetic movement. Power yoga is the definition of modern day yoga with its deep stretches and strong poses, as well as using flow to move between each position.
